In support of more vegetarian based or raw food. Although I sometimes prefer to be a herbivore, I'd rather be an omnivore. All the recipes posted here are based on a healthy diet/ portion which has no preservatives or additives and suitable for your daily trail training, running days, afternoon tea or snacks as well as power food.
